What clients have said
Thomas Wren
Pattaya, Chonburi
"I brought in a vintage automatic that hadn't been serviced in at least ten years. The report I received afterward was more thorough than I expected — timing figures, a note on the mainspring condition, a comment on the crown gasket. Everything was explained without jargon. It runs well now."

"Sent my chronograph from Bangkok by EMS. They confirmed receipt and sent photos the same day. The costed plan arrived within two days — clear breakdown, no surprises. The watch came back running properly and the record of work is something I will keep with the piece."

Marcus Kohl
Na Jomtien, Chonburi
"I came in for just an inspection — wasn't sure if the watch needed a full service. The report was honest: a couple of things worth watching, one component that was starting to wear, but nothing that needed immediate work. I appreciated the straightforward assessment rather than a push to do more."

"My grandfather's manual-winding watch hadn't run in years. I didn't know if it was worth repairing. The inspection made the decision easier — they found it in better shape than expected, recommended the full service, and the before-and-after timing comparison showed a genuine improvement."

Paul Vermeer
Pattaya
"Brought in a split-seconds chronograph — a complicated piece I was nervous about entrusting anywhere. The workshop was transparent from the start: photographs at intake, a detailed plan before any work began, and updates when a worn return-to-zero spring was found. Very calm, methodical process."

"Quick to respond, honest about timing, and the report explains things in a way that's easy to follow even if you don't know movements well. My daily automatic came back running considerably better. I'll use them again for the next service interval."

Three detailed accounts
1960s Swiss manual-winding watch
Submitted: April 2025 · Full Strip & Rebuild
Challenge
The owner had acquired the watch and found it would stop unpredictably, particularly in the crown-down position. It had no service history documentation and the dial had minor moisture marks suggesting a past case seal failure.
Work done
Full disassembly. Movement showed dried lubricant throughout and a bent click spring. Ultrasonic clean, new click spring, re-oiling, and reassembly. Case seals replaced. Post-service timing: +4 seconds/day across all positions.
Outcome
Watch returned with written record. Owner noted the piece ran consistently for the first time since acquiring it. The service record will accompany the watch if it changes hands.
Swiss flyback chronograph
Submitted: March 2025 · Complicated Movement Overhaul
Challenge
A flyback function that was sluggish on return and a chronograph minutes hand that occasionally slipped by a few seconds on reset. The owner had been quoted elsewhere without receiving a written estimate or explanation of scope.
Work done
Costed plan presented before starting. Base movement and chronograph layer serviced separately. A worn flyback spring and damaged reset cam identified and replaced (agreed in advance). Full reassembly, function verification, timing check.
Outcome
Flyback function crisp and consistent. Minutes hand resets cleanly. Owner received a six-page service record with photographs of each stage. Final invoice matched the written estimate.
Japanese automatic — recent acquisition
Submitted: May 2025 · Inspection & Light Service
Challenge
A buyer had acquired a Japanese automatic at auction and wanted to know its service condition before deciding whether to wear it daily or invest in a full rebuild. No prior service records were available.
Work done
Inspection service: exterior assessment, amplitude and timing measurements in four positions, beat error check, power reserve observation. Movement opened briefly to assess lubrication visually. Minor regulation applied.
Outcome
Report concluded: movement in reasonable condition with visible dried lubricant in the barrel area. Suitable for occasional wear now; a full rebuild recommended within 12 months. Owner made an informed decision based on documented findings rather than guesswork.
